Lynn assumes the role of CEO having risen through the ranks
of BCCS over 16 years. At a time that is both exciting and challenging, she
has pledged to take the organization to the next level. She will continue
the philosophy that has made us a leader in providing behavioral health services
in Delaware.

substance abuse and mental health counseling, assessment, crisis
intervention, group counseling, and ethics.

- Matt's responsibilities include grant writing,
development, communications, and data collection. He
also serves as webmaster and author of the BCCS Blog.
Dr. Joseph Glick, M.D.,
Chief
Medical Officer

With over 20 years experience in methadone
treatment, Dr. Glick provides guidance to the nursing staff and supervises
Brandywine's medical consultants, in addition to providing physician services to
our consumers.

Change Leader to improve access and retention in the Medically Assisted
Treatment program. He has presented
locally and nationally on our improvements in access and retention.

- Mark supervises the Alpha Program, its
three satellite locations at Edgemoor and Probation and Parole, and the
Anchor Program. He is the
Change Leader directing process improvement at Alpha.
Carol Ludwig, Chief Financial Officer

- Carol oversees all financial
affairs at Brandywine, including contract management, billing, and payroll. Her
dedication and hard work enable the entire organization to operate
smoothly.

- Basha oversees the HIV prevention and
community outreach services including the needle exchange program. Always
willing to go the extra mile to help at-risk drug users, she maintains a
treatment-focused approach to outreach that promotes access for a
challenging population.

Janice has been with Brandywine since 1979. She is responsible for ensuring
the highest quality of care and services through continuous quality
improvement throughout the organization, and also oversees the information
systems and records departments.
