Community Wellness Advocate

  • Fulltime

  • Work hours Primarily Monday – Friday  with availability required to work evenings and weekends as neededProvide culturally appropriate health education.
  • Educate and counsel patients about plans of care, health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Educate client and colleagues on features of health systems that promote the integration and utilization of disease prevention-health promotion services into clinical practice.
  • Meet with clients as needed to address wellness in settings conducive to the client.
  • Provide individualized education customized to the client and support system.

  • Work hours: Monday-Friday 5am-1pm, Must be available to work 2 to 3 evenings per month

  • CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) preferred

Human Resources/Payroll Specialist

  • Fulltime
  • Responsible for recruitment, special projects and support to the Human Resources department
  • Coordinates the payroll function to include processing of electronic and manual time records
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field required
  • Minimum of three years experience with recruitment and payroll processing

IOP Case Manager

  • Work hours: Case manager will coordinate with clients availabilities. Clients and families should be seen on average for 6-10 hours per week
  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Human Services, or related field
  • 1 year experience in healthcare/medical- substance abuse or addiction medicine required
  • 1 Year co-occurring disorders experience preferred

IOP Counselor

  • Work hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm, Must be available to work evening and weekend hours as needed
  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field with 1 year experience in the drug and alcohol field; AND
  • CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) or provide verification of active pursuit of CADC

  • Advanced Degree in Nursing with 1-3 years’ experience, ideally in an OTP/Medically Assisted Treatment setting
  • Licensed by the State of Delaware as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
  • Work hours: Monday-Friday; 8am-4pm
  • Funding source: Alpha, Georgetown/Tobacco/Project Renewal, Lancaster  and Newark

Recovery Coach

  • Full-Time
  • Drug Diversion
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate’s degree in behavioral science preferred
  • 2 years of experience in the drug and alcohol field; A minimum of 2 years sustained recovery
  • Within 1 year must be prepared to take and pass the CRC exam
  • Must meet BCCS driving requirements
  • Work hours: 7am-3pm; 3 days and 2 evening shifts 12pm-8pm
  • Funding Source: TASC/Diversion
