Assessor /Outpatient Counselor

  • Full -Time
  • RISE Program
  • Work hours Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 10am- 6pm. Tuesday and Friday 7am-3pm
  • Conduct assessments at New Castle and Kent County sites for all adolescents
  • Provide outpatient counseling to assigned outpatient adolescent clients
  • BS in social work, community counseling, or other behavioral health related field required
  • CADC/CCDP preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) helpful
  • Funding source: RISE

 

Community Wellness Advocate

  • Fulltime
  • Outreach
  • Provide harm reduction education in the community through outreach services on within the Syringe Exchance Program (SEP) and WISH (Women in Support of Health)
  • Provide HIV testing and counseling
  • CWH certification preferred
  • At least 2 years experience in human services field preferred, preferably  in  case management
  • Work hours: Monday and Thursday 11 a.m. – 7 p.m; Tuesday 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.; Wednesday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Friday 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.  Some weekend work will also be necessary.
  • Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record required

IOP Case Manager

  • Per Diem
  • Caseload will consist of adolescent clients
  • Work hours: Case manager will coordinate with client’s availabilities. Clients and families should be seen on average for 6-10 hours per week
  • BS in social work, community counseling, or other behavioral health related field required
  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) helpful
  • Funding source: RISE
  • CADC/CCDP preferred

Medical Case Manager

  • Full-Time
  • Work hours: 8:00am-6:00pm two days per week, two days 8:00am-4:00pm and Fridays 4 hours in the am. Two ten hour days will include travel downstate provided by BCCS. Mileage will be reimbursed when own vehicle is used.
  • Currently licensed as a LPN or RN
  • Two years experience in human services field, prior work with a behavioral health population a plus
  • Knowledge of health promotion and wellness
  • Knowledge of public health practices, disease prevention, and healthcare systems
  • Funding source: COPE

Nursing Coordinator

  • Full-Time
  • Newark
  • Work Hours: Monday-Friday 4:30am-12:30pm
  • Currently licensed registered or practical nurse or nurse practitioner in State of Delaware
  • 3- 5 years in the field of Drug and Alcohol-Chemical Dependency Nursing
  • Funding source: Newark

 

Outreach Worker

  • Part-time

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Work hours: 20 hours per week
  • Funding source: Grant  in Aid

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

  • Full-Time
  • All Sites
  • Work hours: Monday-Friday; 8am-4pm
  • Funding source: Alpha, Georgetown/Tobacco/Project Renewal, Lancaster, Lighthouse and Newark
  • Advanced Degree in Nursing with 1-3 years’ experience, ideally in an OTP/Medically Assisted Treatment setting
  • Licensed by the State of Delaware as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

 

Treatment Liaison

  • Full-Time
  • Drug Diversion
  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field with 2 years experience in the drug and alcohol field required
  • Within 1 year must obtain certification as a CADC
  • Work hours: Monday-Friday; 7am-3pm; 4 days and 1 evening shift 12pm-8pm
  • Funding Source: TASC/Diversion

 

KENT & SUSSEX COUNTIES

 

Licensed Counselor

  • Part-Time
  • Georgetown
  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master’s degree in behavioral science, Social Work or related field with 1 year experience in the drug and alcohol field
  • LCSW required
  • Maintain LCSW
  • Funding source: Georgetown/Tobacco/Project Renewal
