Behavioral Health Consultant

  • Full-Time

  • Master’s degree in social work, or related field
  • At least 2 years experience as a therapist and a current license to practice in Delaware as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (or working toward licensure)

Community Wellness Advocate

  • Full-Time
  •  Provide HIV Counseling and Testing, group delivered risk reduction and education sessions, at treatment programs in respective counties.
  • Work schedule : 4 days (9am-5pm), 1 evening weekly (12pm-8pm)
  •  Criminal background check required, however a conviction may not necessarily disqualify a candidate

 Engagement Specialist-Project Engage

  • Full-Time
  • Located in Christiana Hospital, run and operated by Christiana Care Health Services (CCHS)
  • The Engagement Specialist works alongside the CCHS social work team to engage patients who are not currently receiving treatment for substance abuse or mental health issues. This includes education, rapport building, screening and assessments, and appropriate referrals to meet the patient’s needs in accordance with the patient’s willingness to engage in various levels of treatment. The Engagement Specialist will respond to patients referred by CCHS clinicians by meeting with the patient at his or her bedside to screen those patients for appropriateness for various levels of addiction treatment. The Engagement Specialist will also provide brief interventions for patients willing to discuss treatment options or education.
  • The Engagement Specialist will be clinically supervised by BCCS Program Management but must also maintain professional relationships with collaborating CCHS staff.
  • This position requires a successful and sustained personal recovery experience.
  • At least 2 years in related field experience in substance abuse or mental health
  • Work hours: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 3pm-11pm; Tuesday 11am-7pm

 Facilities Manager

  • Assures compliance with JCAHO and licensure requirements  for safety

 IOP Case Manager

  • Work hours: Case manager will coordinate with client’s availabilities. Clients and families should be seen on average for 6-10 hours per week

 Resident Manager
