consumers and primary preventive medical care to those at risk of HIV
but not HIV positive.

HIV, and STDs, and also includes primary prevention counseling

receiving antiretroviral therapy

Ryan White and AIDS Waiver case management for individuals with HIV or AIDS
Helps to ensure that persons living with the
disease are enrolled and sustained in coordinated health care and other

Supportive Housing
A safe and sober environment for adults
transitioning from drug treatment to long-term housing.
Established house rules provide stability
and structure to the residents while giving them access to self-help groups
and peer support.
24 hour on-site staff for this facility with
resident managers who are trained in first aid, CPR, and medication
monitoring.
